Dr. Joseph Dzibela’s path to becoming a cherished member of the Access Eye team is a journey marked by dedication, passion, and a deep-seated desire to make a difference in people’s lives through comprehensive eyecare. Hailing from the vibrant community of Edison, New Jersey, Dr. Dzibela’s early interest in health sciences led him to Rutgers University, where he laid the foundation for his future in optometry. His academic prowess and commitment to excellence then propelled him to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, from which he graduated with honors, setting the stage for a distinguished career in eye health.
Before calling Fredericksburg his home, Dr. Dzibela enriched his experience and honed his skills on the scenic Jersey Shore, where he spent four years living and practicing. His time there not only deepened his expertise but also reinforced his love for working closely with patients to improve their vision and quality of life.
Dr. Dzibela’s professional passion lies in fitting contact lenses and providing top-notch care to patients of all ages, a testament to his versatile skills and patient-centered approach. He finds immense satisfaction in the challenge and reward of finding the perfect fit for each individual, ensuring they leave with improved vision and a smile.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Dzibela is a man of the outdoors. His love for the outdoors is matched only by his enthusiasm for sports, making him not only an active participant in physical activities but also an avid fan who enjoys the camaraderie and excitement of the game.
Dr. Dzibela’s personal life is filled with joy and laughter, shared with his wife, Leila, and their four beautiful children. Together, they enjoy exploring the great outdoors, embarking on family adventures, and creating lasting memories.
